We strive to provide our patients with the best quality eyewear available.  For that reason, we primarily use Essilor lenses.  We are educated on all the newest and greatest lens properties and will always recommend what is best for your vision and your eye health.

We also are knowledgeable on all the different types of Anti Reflective Coatings and Transitions that are available and will make you love that next pair of glasses.  You only get one set of eye, treat them right!

Single Vision Lenses

Single vision lenses are designed for those people who wear glasses for just distance, reading, or computer use.

Most individuals in the world we live in, spend a lot of time on digital devices.  There are digital single vision lenses that are designed to block out harmful blue rays and allow your eyes to feel more comfortable while using your devices.  Please ask our staff if you are interested in a digital single vision lens!

Multi-Focal Lenses

Multi Focal lenses allow a person to see different zones of vision through their glasses with dedicated areas for Distance and Near (Bi-focal) or dedicated areas for Distance, Intermediate and Near (Trifocals).  These type of lenses are often referred to as lined bifocals or lined trifocals.  Options are available for anti glare coating, transitions, and polarized with this lens style.

Progressive Lenses

Progressive lenses are the most uniquely designed to give a patient their best possible vision in all zones of vision.  These are referred to commonly as no-line bifocals because the add power gradually progresses throughout the lens to give a patient perfect vision at distance, intermediate, and near.  Progressives are also available with all coatings, materials, and options as any single vision lens.  Due to the many different types of progressives available, we only use Essilor lenses in our office because they are the most widely known and easiest to adapt too.

Digital Lenses

All lens varieties are available as a digitally surfaced lenses and can have Blu-Ray blocking capability.  Please ask our knowledgeable staff for the best suggestion!

Contact Lenses

When wearing contacts, you are presented with many different options.  Our doctors will work with you to find the type, brand, and proper fit to make your contact lens experience successful.

Types of Contact Lens

Soft Contact Lenses: This is your most common type of contacts lens.  It comes in a daily disposable, two week disposable, or a one month disposable. Soft contact lenses are available for all different fits, spherical, astigmatic, and multi-focal.  There are many different manufactures and style, and we will work with you to find your perfect fit.

Gas Permeable Lenses: Rigid Gas Permeable lenses are hard contact lenses that are designed to sit over your cornea. This type of lens allows more oxygen to get to the eye and has the best optical quality, however, they are not flexible like a soft contact lens and are more uncomfortable initially.   This type of lens is not used much anymore since soft contacts were designed.

Specialty Contact Lenses are available in multiple materials and are made available to patients with high prescriptions, heavy astigmatism, or hard to fit situations.
