The Staff

Carly has been with us at ECAW since 2009 and is a large part of our business. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in business Management/Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University. She manages the day-to-day operation, handles both medical and vision billing, purchases and sells eyewear, and is completely trained in all aspects of the business. Furthermore, she is widely trained in lens style for both glasses and contacts alike and is passionate about helping patients in any way she can.

Melanny started with ECAW in 2011. Since that day she has been a vital part of our work family and the functioning of our day to day operation. She will be one of the faces that greet you upon entering the office, she may be the one to do your pretesting, or help you with glasses or contact lens purchase. Melanny also does a lot of the behind the scenes tasks such as getting insurance authorizations and billing vision insurance claims. She works closely with Carly and handles any task given to her without hesitation. Melanny is a large part of our success and a great asset to our company.
